NICU nurses and staff inspire me every single time I meet them, and the team I met today did exactly that!

I’m grateful to meet yet another NICU staff member who does whatever it takes to make sure preemies have healthy and happy lives ahead of them.

It’s such a great feeling to share my preemie journey with NICU staff and then instantly see the smiles that come along with it.

I’m always touched by the incredible work and dedication that NICU professionals have for the preemie babies under their care.

I loved hearing how much this awesome staff prioritizes helping parents to bond with their preemies while at the ICN (Intensive Care Nursery).

My beloved Mrs. B, who now works at CHLA, was a critical part of the medical team that cared for me during my stay in the NICU at UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center.
