Founder, CEO, and Head Coach
I’m proud to say that I began life as a preemie. Born at 27 weeks, and weighing a mere 2 pounds 4 ounces, I spent 12 weeks in the NICU. Fortunately, I was surrounded by amazing doctors, nurses, and staff, all dedicated to caring for me.
As the founder of Team Preemie, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, I’m committed to helping support premature babies and their families.
MARCELLA B.
Board Member and Coach
Marcella has a BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) and RNC-NIC (Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing Core Certification). With many years of NICU experience, she’s been with me since the day I was born and cared for me during my entire 12-week stay in the NICU. I love her and quite literally trust her with my life!

Board Member and Coach
Brian is a marketing consultant, specializing in data-driven research and analysis. His industries of expertise include entertainment, politics, and health care. And most importantly, Brian is a lifelong family friend whose opinions and advice I highly value.
